When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment for your order. Express shipping is also available. 

How much is postage?
     Regular shipping is free - order dispatched within 2-3 days of receipt of payment for your order. Excludes weekends and holidays.
    Express shipping is available for £7.95. Express shipping ensures 48 hour delivery time excluding weekends.

Is there a minimum amount that I must order?
    Yes. There is a minimum purchase amount of £9.99.

Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, for an additional shipping charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all cards.

Are the crafts you sell safe?
    Yes. We do not recommend our craft kits for children under 3 years old, and above that (4 years+) we would strongly recommend, careful supervision from an adult. Recommended minimum ages are given for each product. Learn more about Safety. 

What do your suggested ratings mean?
    Easy Peasy is for 4 years +, Okey Dokey for 7 years +, and Tricky Dicky for 9 year +. For more on our ratings, click guide.

Are the products I order in stock?
    Yes.  We keep a strict inventory control.  If for some unusual and unforeseen reason the item you order is not in stock, we shall contact you by email or telephone to advise you of the situation for you to have an option of cancellation or a delayed supply on the understanding our stocks are replenished rapidly.

What if I have a problem placing my order?
    If you experience a problem placing an order, please contact us via email at support@crafts4christians.co.uk. We will then take the order and your payment details via phone, fax or email.

What is your return policy?
    You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving any goods ordered from this website. If you do so you will be refunded the full amount paid (excluding any postage costs) provided that we receive back the said goods unopened. You are liable for the postage costs involved with the return of any goods. Are my payments made over a secure website?
    Yes. We do not hold any credit card details on our site. All payments take place over an independent secure connection. Learn more about Security.

What does each craft kit contain?
    Each craft is individually packaged with instructions and all of the contents required to create the craft. Most crafts only require glue to complete the craft. Glue guns or glue dots are ideal to use.
